If you make an appointment with me and you change your mind about showing up, I would greatly appreciate it if you would communicate with me. Reply to my email, I promise I won’t get upset with you. If anything I will respect and appreciate you more than anything. It means that you respect my time. It also indicates you are a responsible and considerate person. It sucks when people don’t tell you that they’re not going to show up for their appointment. How would you feel if someone did that to you?
If you know me, then you also know that I am a nerd when it comes to visuals and graphic design – it’s what I do for a living when I’m not doing Reiki / crystal healing on the weekends.
I was talking to someone and they mentioned that they do pranic healing. Of course I was curious so I Googled it and discovered a (new to me) teacher by the name of Master Choa Kok Sui. I believe finding his work was not a coincidence; I am looking at his photo and I feel as if he is smiling at me. I have found a new teacher and guide. And now my goal is to collect and read all his books. It also delights me to know he was of Filipino-Chinese descent – I am also Filipino.
I copied and pasted this from my Google search:
Master Choa Kok Sui is the founder of Pranic Healing and Arhatic Yoga. He has established healing centers in 45 countries and is constantly traveling amongst the different ones giving workshops and seminars. He is also a chemical engineer and a highly successful businessman in the Philippines. Google Books
Born: August 15, 1952, Cebu, Philippines Died: March 19, 2007, Quezon City, Philippines
So there you have it. I just wanted to save this book cover because it was eye catching and has a vintage feel to it. And of course I love rainbows and all things healing.😊
To my surprise, Master Choa Kok Sui had also written a book on Pranic Crystal Healing; here is the book cover.
From what I gather so far, pranic healing sounds similar to Reiki except it is a no-touch healing technique. I can’t wait to order his books and read them all.
I told myself recently that if I didn’t have a lot of clients for my crystal healing practice, I would keep on learning, expanding my knowledge and creating things that make me happy. As most of you probably already know, I am an artist & graphic designer so creativity is important to me and so I’ve incorporated it into my healing practice. Advertising consistently gets expensive, so I have to figure out other ways to put myself out there without spending so much money.
So I made this video of me doing hypnotic, energetic hand movements as an experiment. It is similar to what I do during a Trans-Crystal Therapy session, where my hands are sweeping over your aura or your energy field to see if there are hot, cold or “heavy” spots. It takes practice to feel the energetic field that surrounds us, but if you persist you can eventually feel something.
I added rainbows to simulate the aura and sparkles to visualize the energy.

I saw this on @HypePriestess’ Instagram story and wanted to post it here, which led me to DharmaTalks.com to borrow the image ::waves hello to both of you if you happen to see this::
It’s just a perfect little summary to explain what I do, except I work with the energy of crystals and stones so it’s called “Crystal Healing”.
It says in the image:
Everyone has “4 bodies” of energy: physical, mental, emotional and spiritual
While they are independent of each other, if one of them is out of balance, you will feel lack and discomfort in your life (usually with health, relationships, or money). Just as you heal your physical body through exercise and diet, there are also methods of healing your other energy bodies.
If Crystal Healing is a form of energy work that involves the use of crystals…
then a crystal healer, or crystal therapist – is a person who works with the energy of crystals and stones to assist a person in healing.
But, what exactly is healing?
Healing is the term most commonly associated with energy work. Energy workers, or energy healers work with life force energy to restore a person’s emotional, mental, spiritual and physical subtle bodies back to a harmonious and balanced state. The crystals and stones are energy healing tools that hold a resonance (earth energy) that aids in the healing process. The person receiving the healing is raising their own vibration to match that of the healing practitioner and the crystals and stones being used.
A crystal healer can facilitate healings with or without certification, although these days most people take the certified route – especially if you intend to accept clients. Some healers have learned the ancient art of crystal healing through reading books or just trying it on their own while others have taken courses online or in person and received certification.
Since we exist in a world where often times people need proof, a certification acknowledges that the person has undergone training to properly facilitate a healing. It is up to you – the individual – to decide whether you prefer someone who is certified or not.
It’s much more important that you vibe with the healer you have chosen to assist you than a certification, so as always do your research and follow your intuition.
Not all crystal healers are the same, meaning some have learned different ways of working with crystal energy. While most are familiar with the ‘laying of stones’ technique on the 7 chakras of the subtle body, other crystal healing techniques include Crystal Reiki, Crystal Surgery, sound and Trans Crystal Therapy – which is my specialty.
You have an open heart and an open mind. Maybe you don’t quite believe in the healing power of crystals and stones yet, but you’re curious and willing to try.
If you said ‘yes’, then you should definitely come for a crystal healing session.
I’m going to use the simple analogy of getting your skin cut by a knife or sharp object – our skin has the natural ability to regenerate and heal, thus making the cut disappear within 5 days.
It is the same with crystal healing, which is a form of energy work that addresses not only the physical but also the emotional, mental and spiritual aspects of ourselves. Just like our cars need maintenance, so do our energetic bodies. Consistent amounts of stress, anxiety, worry, trauma and the wide range of human interactions can take a toll on our spirits, leaving us depleted and exhausted.
So during a crystal healing / crystal therapy session, you are essentially getting an energy tune up. We must learn to maintain our energy and release blockages from our body on a regular basis, otherwise they fester and manifest into dis-ease.
Through conscious breathing and visualizing yourself as a healed human being, a healing takes place.
I am available for in person Reiki and crystal healing sessions in North Hollywood, CA. Sessions take place at my home. Distance healing sessions are also available by request.
A crystal healing or crystal therapy session can activate your own healing powers.
If you visit healers on a regular basis, most of them will let you know that you already have everything you need to heal; all you have to do is look within.
From time to time, we forget or don’t even know that we have this ability. If often takes being in crisis that compels you to visit a practitioner in the healing arts – whether it’s through tarot, crystal healing, Reiki or any kind of energy work – to activate your own healing powers.
What healing powers do we have?
When the mental, emotional, spiritual and physical aspects of ourselves are balanced and are in harmony with each other, we can self-heal.
Most people – especially those who work in Western medicine will call it a ‘placebo’. Healers know this is the power of our will. When we focus our energy on what we want through meditation and visualization, healing takes place.
I know this because I’ve learn to heal to myself, it’s an ongoing thing that becomes a practice. If I can do it so can you.😊
1. to make healthy, whole, or sound; restore to health; free from ailment.
2. to bring to an end or conclusion, as conflicts between people or groups, usually with the strong implication of restoring former amity; settle; reconcile: They tried to heal the rift between them but were unsuccessful.
3. to free from evil; cleanse; purify: to heal the soul.
Let’s face it, humans are not stable beings.
It also doesn’t help that we are constantly exposed to ALL sorts of energies – computers, mobile phones, smog, imbalanced, unconscious people who tend to project themselves unto us, our own wounds, etc. that it’s sometimes difficult to discover who we really are.
So yes, healing yourself is definitely important and should take priority. And it’s not a one time thing either, your healing could take a lifetime or more…
There are going to be times when you think you’re completely healed and then boom…someone or something triggers you. This happens to all of us.
That’s why I think it’s important to visit a healer or learn how to heal yourself on a regular basis, as we live in a dynamic and constantly changing world – we must learn how to be balanced beings in order to grow, evolve, ascend as well as assist other humans in the best way possible.
So how do we heal ourselves exactly?
There is no official list of instructions or a ‘how-to’ on self healing. Everybody is unique so of course, every person’s healing process will be different.
Here are a few suggestions on how to heal:
1. Get to know yourself.
“Know thyself, the unexamined life is not worth living.” – Aeschylus/Socrates/Plato
One of the ways to begin healing is to really get to know yourself. Spend time alone, write your thoughts down in a journal, ask yourself questions. Ask yourself, ‘why did I react that way’?
You don’t have to be mean to yourself when asking questions. Just be kind, as if you were talking to a friend.
2. Listen to your body.
Our physical bodies are quite amazing if you think about it; if you cut yourself your cells start working fast to heal your skin.
Your body will tell you if you need something, how easy is that? Tune in to your body. If you’re tired, rest. If you’re hungry, eat. If you feel irritated by people, then go outside and take a breath.
3. Self care is a form of healing.
Self care is a popular term these days. And while it seems that everybody’s into it, how many of us actually do it? How many of us unplug from social media, our phones or people who tend to put us in a shitty mood?
How many of us actually spend time doing absolutely nothing?
One of the easiest ways to do some self care is to pay attention to how you feel about something or someone.
If it doesn’t make you feel good, it’s probably not good for you. Don’t do things out of obligation, do things because you want to.
Self healing is possible; if our physical bodies have the ability to heal from being sick or getting a cut, then our mental, emotional and spiritual bodies can also do the same.

This is one of those questions that is difficult to put into my own words. It’s one thing to experience the healing power of crystals and stones (which I have), another thing to explain them.
So I’m going to cheat and give you a link to an article from a person who can explain it way better than I ever could.
Not only is she a crystal expert that backs the information she provides with science & metaphysics combined but she’s been offering online courses and certification in crystal healing for some time now.
I didn’t know why & how crystals worked when I started buying them around 7 years ago. All I knew was for whatever reason, I was drawn to them. I can look back on it now and understand that I was drawn to them because I had some healing to do.
There is still so much to learn about this amazing universe we live in but I definitely have a better understanding of how crystals and stones can heal.
What is a witch? What is a healer? What is a shaman?
Those are difficult questions to answer because witches, healers and shamans come in so many forms and most everyone you ask will certainly have a different definition. And they tend to blend in, or crossover into each other. Some people might even be witches but would never even call themselves one.
In the spirit world, labels and titles are really not important. But since we are simultaneously living in the three dimensional world where things need to be labeled and described, then yes I suppose I am those things.
I will say though that one thing these three have in common is that they all work with spirit. They are walkers between worlds, traversing the physical and non-physical planes of existence to assist humanity in healing.
For a long time I debated on whether to call myself a witch or even a healer – it felt odd to me but I’ve decided that if people want a Reiki or Crystal Therapy session with me, it’s best to show you my true self as much as possible. Then you can decide whether to make an appointment with me or not. No worries if you’re not feeling me.😊
Even more so, what is a Crystal Healing Witch?
A Crystal Healing Witch is someone who heals with the help of crystals and stones while channeling Source energy. And that would certainly be me.
My personal interests have led me to this path; I’ve been fascinated with occult/spiritual/metaphysical subjects for years, using the symbols in my artwork but not really understanding what they meant. It took years of learning and practicing and I STILL feel to this day that I’m always learning something new.
I created this website in hopes of getting new clients for my crystal healing practice, it’s a work in progress and at the moment I am planting a seed.
The photo above is a glimpse into my healing space which is my home – a butterfly painting done by me, and some of the crystals and stones I work with in healings.
